Refund Policy

Subscription refunds

Free trial. Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Monthly plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans. Pro-rata refunds are available within 30 days of the most recent annual renewal. After 30 days, no refunds.

Overage credit packs

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits roll over month-to-month and do not expire as long as your account is active.

À-la-carte production purchases

Hollywood-tier productions (TV episodes, documentaries, feature films) are non-refundable once production has begun. If production has not yet started, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@blastvideo.ai within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is determined to be erroneous.

Account deletion

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period. You may continue to use the service through the end of the period.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our billing team may result in account suspension.
