Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use
You may use Blast Video to create video content for personal, commercial, educational, or creative purposes, subject to our Terms of Service and Content Policy.
Prohibited use
You may not use Blast Video to:
- Generate content that violates our Content Policy
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or training data
- Resell or redistribute API access without an Agency or Enterprise plan
- Run automated abuse, denial-of-service, or load-testing attacks against our infrastructure
- Bypass usage limits or feature gates through technical means
- Use Blast Video for any unlawful purpose
AI training data
Content you generate on Blast Video is yours. We do not use your generated videos to train third-party foundation models by default. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage signals (e.g., which prompts produced highly-rated outputs) to improve our orchestration. Opt out in Settings → Privacy.
Source material rights
When uploading source images, audio, or video, you warrant that:
- You own the rights to the material, OR
- You have an appropriate license that permits AI-generated derivative works
- The material does not contain identifiable real people without their consent
- The material does not contain copyrighted music without license
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Forfeiture of unused credits
- Referral to law enforcement (for illegal content)
